Dye Sublimation Printing

Dye sublimation printing is a digital print method perfect for decorating polyester or polymer coated products. We use this method to print products like phone cases and print-on-demand mugs, but also textiles like tote bags and all-over t-shirts.

The print method uses a combination of heat, pressure and time to transfer dye to the product we’re printing. And since it’s a digital method we can use dye sublimation printing to achieve photo-quality prints on your products.

Because heat and pressure are used the dyes cure within the textile fibres. The result is a permanent, high resolution full colour print.
